Highlighting not working - Text is magnified

When I attempt to highlight, text is magnified and nothing is highlighted. 

L  8.0.8.005 on IOS 12.1.3.

I can't reproduce this - I have the same version of the Logos app but iOS 12.1.1

Have you checked if the highlights appear in the Notes Tool?

I've seen it from time to time...but it's random. Is this consistent for you?

Force-quitting the app fixes it.

Logos App 8.0.8.005 on iOS 12.1.1 (the latest for an iPad).

They are not. This is very random, but when it happens the only way to correct is to force close the app and restart. Kind of annoying.

That is correct. Sometimes closing and reopening the resource will help, but not always. Also, turning off scrolling view helps. And, as you said, the force close works.

Thanks Myke, unfortunately this isn't a new issue (was present before v8), but we don't have firm reproducible steps to get into this situation.

One other thing that often "resolves" the issue is rotating your device and then rotating it back.
