I have my visual filters set up so that relevant media resources are marked within my ESV Bible text. This helps me when I go to make handouts or PowerPoint presentations etc. for the passage I am studying. However, I have recently noticed that not all media options are being properly identified using the visual filters.

For example, there is verse of the day art available for Matthew 1:18. There is no indication of this when I look at my ESV Bible even though the filter is "on".

Also, same thing for Genesis 22:8.

These are just a couple of examples. Is there something I am not doing? Are some of the media resources not tagged (or not tagged properly)? Is this a known issue? I am not sure how helpful the visual filter for media is if I have to do a manual search for media anyway.

Tim Farley:
Is this a known issue?

It's a known issue - in as much as I flagged it in August 2017 - https://community.logos.com/forums/t/147800.aspx

But I don't know if Faithlife saw it so I don't know if there are plans to address it

Thanks, Graham. I hope there are plans to address it. It is a nice feature if it works.

We do have an open case for this.
