Not able to connect with SongSelect

An error message: Error connecting to SongSelect.  Internet/network and 2 seperate machines have been reset/rebooted, time stamp is set to automatic and we can log into SongSelect outside of Proclaim.  We have removed the account link and now cannot relink. Proclaim is saying username and or password is incorrect.

This seems more like an 'Unauthorized' error
