Seemingly random yet persistent malfunctioning of "Bible Word Study"

Hi! I'm a heavy user of the web app version, and I love it! But there is this one annoying problem: when I try to use the Bible Word Study function to find out more about a word in the Hebrew text, some words just won't return any results, while others are fine. The pop-up box will read "An error was encountered while loading the guide.", and no matter how many times I search for it or what computer I use (I access the web app on Chrome from my private laptop, workplace desktop or school computers), the result will still be the same. However, I have also installed the iPhone app and the app works perfectly for the same words. Any help?

I don't see the same problem - also using Chrome (on Windows)

Any ways for me to move this thread to the Web App forum, or to delete this thread?

I suggest you simply start a new thread in the web app forum

In my screenshot I think I was testing the same word you showed with a problem - and was using the web app as well.

Let's continue this in the web app forum
