Ebook Purchase not Showing in Logos

Hello,

I made a Faithlife Ebook purchase about 10 minutes ago, and it is not loading in my Logos App on my computer. In the past, all my Faithlife Ebook purchases have shown up in Logos. I have tried to force sync several times and restarted the program, but its still not loading my new book.

Are some Faithlife Ebook resources not accessible in Logos?

No, all books are available. That’s the point of buying them!

Sometimes it does take a while to populate, but I am wondering if this is realated to the new cloud resources feature. Which specific version of the engine are you running?

I have automatic updates on, so it should be whatever is the newest version.

Well, I forced an update again this time using "Update Resources" command and it told me I had an application update to install. Installed that, then my resource showed up.

Note: the "sync now" and "sync repair" commands did not work prior to this.

FYI - The new version has "cloud resources" as an option, which means that users can finally download only a portion of their library. Since your app hadn't updated yet, that wasn't the issue.

You can check this thread for links and issues with the not downloading issue.  Seems some are having issues and some aren't.  I haven't updated yet though

Make sure  "Auto download NEW Resources" is set to YES, and u will "see" your new resources, else they become Cloud Resources.

Sync commands won't help with resources.
