Cannot connect to CCLI SongSelect

I am having difficulties connect to SongSelect. It continues to say that my computer's time is off. I have everything set to automatic and it appears to be accurate. I've restarted and removed the CCLI account, but cannot reattach. 1007.Proclaim Logs.zip

Hello,

Are these log files from the same computer?  I'm not coming across the failed connection in the logs.  Are you using a VPN or any sort atypical network setup?

Anyways, it looks like your machine may be on the April 2018 version, and while compatible with Proclaim, updating your system may smooth things over.   You could always try resetting your clock and time as well by running a command prompt as administrator and entering

w32tm / resync
