Crash: Logos not starting

7318.Logos Log.zip

I downloaded/installed the Logos 8 Basic package, and since then I have not been able to start the application. Once in a while the initial loading screen flashes before disappearing, but it has not been working since then. It's quick enough that I don't think anything will show up in the logs, but I attached them just in case. Restarting the computer doesn't change anything. Is the only fix uninstalling?

Logging takes place in a fraction of a second... however, it does not appear that you had logging enabled. See my signature line.

This is the new article for enabling logging. https://support.logos.com/hc/en-us/articles/360027869132-How-to-Enable-and-Submit-Log-Files It has a separate tab for Mac and Windows users to reveal the instructions for each platform.

Thanks, I just went to Logos-x64.msi (Local > Logos > Install > Installers) and repaired it. It's working fine now.
