How do I find out what licenses I have and what books go to which license?

I am planning on giving the majority of my library to a friend. He's just starting seminary and I know the books will be a blessing to him.

I remember in older versions of the software you could pull a list showing you all of your licenses and what resources came with what license.  I haven't been able to find that in the new software. The closest I've come is being able to export a list of the titles from the library, but the only licensing info listed there is if it's permanent or not. It doesn't tell me what license the books came with.

My library is over 2,000 volumes and contains many packages and upgrades. My order history goes back 18 years but doesn't tell you what you got with the packages - some of which are not offered anymore or have changed dramatically over the years, so you can't just click on them to see, plus that doesn't show any of the Libronix resources that I have.

We e-mailed CS about finding out which book goes to which license - and they told us to just look at our order history. That doesn't tell you that.

How do I find this information?

Thank you!

I would simply go through your library and identify the resources you want to gift. Unless something has changed, you should be able to transfer the resources and licenses for a one time fee. I think it is $20.

If there are resources that are bundled with others, you may need to add to or remove resources from the transaction list. If I were you I would put the list of resource titles together, then work with CS to make the transfer. They will have all of the license information.

Order history is pretty much the best you can do.  If you need to know what was in an old package, try searching the internet for the exact name of it and finding a link to its old page.  You can then put that old URL into archive.org and usually find what an archived version of the page with package listings.

When you transfer, it will be by order number.  You have to get special permission to transfer very old things (unless transferring the entire library) as it has to be done manually the Logos.

Libby, Libby, Libby on the Label, Label, Label

Libronix indeed has that nice feature for its loyal customers.
