Shalom! I have been away from the Web App for a few months and started using the Mobile App. Today, I am on my computer again writing my paper, but when I try to use the Web App, quite some resources are gone. I got the message "You don't own (name of resource)", but I am clearly still using the exact same resource on my Mobile App! Can anyone help? Thank you!

Some resources come 'free' with the mobile app but do not appear on the Desktop unless you go to the trouble of purchasing them.

Thanks for replying Mike!

I'm actually on a paid package that includes the books I need to use. And to confirm that I still have those books, I actually clicked on the "Learn More" button under "Add it to your library" in the box that said I don't own the resources. I was redirected to page that actually said I already own the book (that was the case yesterday; today the redirected page is sadly itself broken)

Thanks Graham! The two that I use frequently are the Lexham Hebrew Bible and the Enhanced Brown-Driver-Briggs Hebrew and English Lexicon. They worked perfectly fine before, and still are on my mobile app.

Strange

ive  tried LHB on the web app and it works fine on my iPad.

I suggest you contact Customer Services to see if something strange has happened to your licenses.
