I am using window 10 from my library saw one of my book shown not on this device.
What I do:
1) Click download (Keep on downloading many day nothing happen)
2) Go to Command bar type “Update Resources” (Prompt no update available)
Can anyone help me to solve this problem?

The first thing I would check is your preferences for when downloads can occur. If you have downloads set to only happen overnight, for example, then you won't be able to download this resource during the day.

Have set download between noon and midnight but still the same. My time now is 12:15 pm.
David, have you tried cancelling and restarting the download (click on the "downloading" button)?

Yes have try and restart still can't solve.
You may want to wait on official confirmation, but... I think deleting the download manager db and restarting would likely fix the issue (copy it out to a safe location as a precaution). This is located at (macOS) :
Macintosh HD ▸ Users ▸ [username] ▸ Library ▸ Application Support ▸ Logos4 ▸ Data ▸ [random string] ▸ DownloadManager
on Windows the location is:
C:\Users\[username]\AppData\Local\Logos\Data\[random string]\DownloadManager\
Reuben Helmuth: deleting the download manager db and restarting would likely fix the issue .... C:\Users\[username]\AppData\Local\Logos\Data\[random string]\DownloadManager\
deleting the download manager db and restarting would likely fix the issue ....
It may also be necessary to delete C:\Users\[username]\AppData\Local\Logos\Data\[random string]\UpdateManager\
If not successful, please provide logs.

David, according to your screenshot, you only deleted the db journal. Please try deleting the actual db (the top file).
