Please fix these sections (too garbled to use report typos):

There’s your personal righteousness, which is your own satisfaction of the requirements of God’s law, but then there’s God’s righteousness, which is whatever God does to make sure the perfection of His law is uphe, “Why is this important?is law are satisfied. And if you sayld or that the requirements of H” the answer is because the righteousness of God is at the heart of the gospel. If you look at Rom 1:16 God for salvation to everyone who believes’s the power ofm not ashamed of the gospel, for it you’ll see this. Paul says, “I a–17,, to the Jew first and also to the Greek.” And then he, in verse 17, explains why he’s not ashamed of it and why it’s the power of God for salvation, namely because “in it [in the gospel] the righteousness of God is revealed from faith to faith; as it is written, ‘But the righteous man shall live by faith.’ ”

And we to have the question, ask“Which of these us e gives es God give us when Hdothe gift of His righteousness?” Righteousness means satisfying the requiremask the question, ents of the law. And we “How are the requirements of God’s law satisfied?” Remember, there are both commands and penalties, both of which have to be satisfied. God is righteous when the law’s commands are satisfied through obedience. But what if the law’s commands are not obeyed? How can God still be righteous? Well, by making sure that the law’s penalties are satisfied. Then the, questions is“Which is the content of the righteousness that God gives to us, as sinners, in order to save us?”

I am not sure what happened there. The source file looks fine so somehow the text got garbled as it was being converted to a Logos resource. We will get this fixed and update the course.

please fix these changes also

Paul is saying here, “You Christians are no longer …”—well, wait a minute; he’s not saying here, “You Christians are no longernot under a law code.” That’s not what he’s saying. He’s saying, “You’re no longer under the law of Moses.”

a little bit of trouble here too:

Ephesians 2 says “dead in your trespasses and sins d … ead in your transgressions.” Colossians 2 [says] “dead in your transgressions and the uncircumcision of your flesh.”
