Yep, received it on the 1st November. oddly from Verbum rather than Logos for some reason. Email address they used was communications@faithlifemail.com. Happy birthday!

I got mine on November 1 like I do very year.
I didn’t receive last year, requested in email and got the code but it didn’t work. Looks like it wasn’t activated to my account. With multiple replies which took few business days to wait for each reply, I missed my window. This year I didn’t receive it neither.

I didn't receive the email (and have still not), but it did appear on a card on the Home Page in the desktop app, which was a nice surprise as I had forgotten about it.

I previously stated in 2019 I get my code every November 1, until this year because have not gotten the code yet.

I also did not get my code but I sent CS an email yesterday and got the code that way.
This year for the first time I'm required to purchase $50 so that Logos will give me a $20 birthday gift? (!!) I read in recent forum threads of people thanking Logos for their birthday gift and they only had to spend an extra couple dollars. Why must I spend at least $50 ($30 more than the birthday coupon? I've appreciated this special opportunity in years past and hope I can purchase the items in my cart worth about $25 using the birthday coupon.

I did not like this change when I heard about it last spring.
Now I'm OK with it.
I am prepping a written list for, say, $55. Even right now, I have books in my cart I am sorting into no + maybe. The strong ones I put on the list, written.
I figure L has many inert customers. Now we all have to give to get.
You can hope your birth month's sale gives up a gem at a great price.
