I am not sure I understand what you mean by "document it". Can you be more clear about what you want to do?

Charles, you may want to edit your post to remove your e-mail address, or at east try to disguise it from bots, so that you don't get spammed relentlessly.

Fred:

Basically, this is what I want to do.  For example I will quote Revelation 1:1 "The revelation of Jesus Christ, which God agave him to show to his servants the things that must soon take place. He made it known by sending his angel to his servant John..."

Next, I will write what I see in this verse:

1. This a a "revelation" from Yeshua:  Definition; "revelation = Greek apokalupto.

28.38 ἀποκαλύπτω; ἀποκάλυψις, εως f: (figurative extensions of meaning of ἀποκαλύπτω and ἀποκάλυψις ‘to uncover, to take out of hiding,’ not occurring in the NT) to cause something to be fully known—‘to reveal, to disclose, to make fully known, revelation.’  Louw, J. P., & Nida, E. A. (1996). Greek-English lexicon of the New Testament: based on semantic domains

2. Why did Yeshua give this revelation to the apostle John?

Answer: "...to show to Christ's servants (apostles) the things that must soon take place.

3. How did Yeshua tell John about the events soon to take place?

Answer: Yeshua sent His angel to John.

Fred: This is a basic example, but I want to go through the whole 22 chapters, verse by verse and make myself "notes" on each verse.  Later, I may want to put it into PowerPoint.

Thanks for your help,

.

Understood. Probably the best way to accomplish what you want to do is the Notes tool. This enables you to make notes on either a reference or selection. It also gives you the export functions you will need.

additionally, you could create a notebook that contains all your notes related to the study
