We're aware of an issue where come people aren't receiving the correct coupon amount. We're looking into it now and will follow up with you if you were affected. I'd suggest that you hang tight and not spend it quite yet. We should have a fix later today.

You had to spend X amount of money during Black Friday deals to earn a coupon worth X amount of money.  The coupon is void if you return the stuff you buy!

Hi all, thank you for your patience. We're still sorting through this issue and triple checking everything to make sure it's all correct this time. We hope to have something sent out by the end of the day today or possibly sometime tomorrow.

To DAL, on smelling desperation, yes, you are so very correct.

Over the Thanksgiving holiday, Amazon was messing up, couldn't get in sometimes, and my purchase became the victim of porch piracy.  There was a billing error at first, but that was corrected later.  Plus, I've had local community challenges over the last 2 weeks with integrity in services rendered.

Logos is my Hero, and I thought, "oh, no!  Not here too!"  It's been a devastating two weeks plus.  So yes, some desperation.  It sounds like the company is "on it," though.  Blessings to you, and thank you for your sense of humor.
