ATTN FL: Please don't separate Contents and Contributors on product description pages!

Why the separation of Contents from Contributors? When each chapter is written by a different person or persons, it is much more helpful to see the associations with author and chapter title like in a normal Table of Contents rather than seeing them separated like is the case on several recent pre-pub product description pages for multi-author works:

You usually do it right (as a regular TOC), so please keep this practice up for all future multi-author works:
