When I start up Logos on the Mac (OS X v 10.13.6) now, it opens the main window, gives me a rainbow disc for a couple seconds, then quits. Logs are at https://www.dropbox.com/s/th90ssmdw9u9bz6/LogosLogs.billg.20200101-212251.zip?dl=0

The message that keeps repeating in LogosError.log any time I try to open it is:

Program Version: 8.10 (8.10.0.0028)
Time: 2020-01-01 21:22:01 -06:00 (2020-01-02T03:22:01Z)
CloudResourceManager was unable to find an expected download job for a resource.

If I look in the main Logos.log file, I see various lines like:

CloudResourceManager Download job for resource 'LLS:CALTGCGA' was expected but not found.

And the stack trace looks like this:

William Gabriel:

CloudResourceManager was unable to find an expected download job for a resource.

If I look in the main Logos.log file, I see various lines like:

CloudResourceManager Download job for resource 'LLS:CALTGCGA' was expected but not found.

These are the relevant logs. We usually need the log files to be uploaded, but....

Delete the folders

/Users/user/Library/Application Support/Logos4/Data/random No/UpdateManager

and

/Users/user/Library/Application Support/Logos4/Data/random No\DownloadManager

then restart Logos.

Thanks Dave. I followed your instructions but Logos is still behaving the same way. I did give full logs, they're in the dropbox link provided. Here's an updated set of logs after deleting UpdateManager and DownloadManager: https://www.dropbox.com/s/t487gxqbr2nje3y/LogosLogs.billg.20200102-124612.zip?dl=1

Trash the existing Logos app and manually install the latest version from https://www.logos.com/install

Delete the folders:

/Users/billg/Library/Application Support/Logos4/Data/e2kywj8r.b3k/UpdateManager

/Users/billg/Library/Application Support/Logos4/Data/e2kywj8r.b3k/DownloadManager

Start Logos
