If a resource comes with bold headers is there a way to 'unbold' it?

Depending on what you are trying to accomplish, certain highlights might do the trick. For instance, try the "Outline" in the Emphasis Markup palette. Or the Grey Foreground in the Solid Colors palette. Or perhaps a custom highlight (check out the Font Styling section in the highlight customization panel).

You would have to apply them on a case-by-case basis, so it can't affect an entire resource at once (although maybe a visual filter would).

Milkman,

One possible solution might be to use a font that does not have a bold. Under Show Program Settings / Default Resource Font. the first on alphabetically for me was Bahnschrift. There should be others.

Only a temporary solution.

Still doesn't do the trick. It's not a big deal, but I just like having all my highlights consistent in my books.
