How come the chat box is not showing any more on my mobile device? At some point it used to show, but not anymore.

I'm not sure if this helps, but I found the Chat option like this (see the screenshot):
First you select "Support" from the upper horizontal dropdown menu, then "Chat" from the first vertical dropdown menu (at the bottom of the list).
Was this the thing You were looking for? (I didn't do this with a tablet but with a PC...)
They used to have a Chat option hovering (if I recall correctly) at the bottom right corner of the web page some time ago, but not anymore.
Thanks! That’s a great temporary fix. I don’t mind accessing it that way, but there was a time when it would just show automatically; especially, when you were looking at a product.

I think they needed room for their popup adverts that one quickly learns is their 'serving the church'.
