Brill resources are normally overpriced, so I'm wondering about this set priced at $199.99. It's not on sale.

The 2 volumes in the set are priced at $247.99 and $251.99 for a total of $499.98.

It might be worth looking at if you have a coupon as FL might reconsider their pricing on this.
Thank you, Dale. I wonder how I missed this. I'm not surprised at the respective prices. My impression is FL gets to sell the package discounted, but individual volumes at market price.
Anyway, $100 a clip is ok for something I wanted (and missed???) for maybe ten years or so! (In-depth on the Old Syriac, and the Daniel peshitta).

Well, just for the record, I returned both.
Daniel Peshitta: The author was adament he wasn't going to parade the MT, but absent syriac peculiarities, his comments were the translator couldn't read hebrew (the LXX greek translator ditto). Well, ok. The book does have a nice set of varients and classed.
Old Syriac: This author was absolutely convinced the two OS versions were simply Diatesseron break-aparts. And that was that. Again, a lot of detail, so might be useful to others.
