I would like my personal books to appear in relevant Topic guides. Is there a way to tag them so that it can be done?. I'm able to get them to surface in all the other guides where I need access to them through collections.

It cannot be done. As a workaround, you should choose as headwords the topic names that you can get via Topic Guide, or that appear as Topics in the Factbook drop-down menu. The Personal Book should be type Encyclopedia.
Run Topic Guide, open a resource from Topic section, and then use Parallel Resources to find you Personal Book. You should be able to see it directly in the Collections section.

Thanks, Dave. That workaround is a great solution for my needs here. Thank you for this.
So I've tested this using the @headword tag, but It's not working for me. The headword tag is working, because I can see it in the personal book after being built. Here's an example. The personal book I'm testing this with is on the subject of prayer. I found a Topic Guide topic for Lord's Prayer. So, I tagged the section on the Lord's Prayer in the personal book with [[@Headword: Lord's Prayer]]. When I run the guide, I do not see this in the collections neither can I get it to come up as a parallel resource. The books is configured as an encyclopedia.
Tom Vidal: I tagged the section on the Lord's Prayer in the personal book with [[@Headword: Lord's Prayer]].
Make sure there is no space after the colon i.e. [[@Headword:Lord's Prayer]]
That does work, but the PB does not appear in Collections section.
