I'm not aware of a definitive list - and individual users can add their own so your system may have different labels to mine.

The help file has a list of searchable labels but I don't believe it is complete. It doesn't include your example!

Correct.

The right-click menu on a word will show whatever labels are available, but there may be other searchable entities (on the left side) that suit one's need.

I tried figuring this out a few months back - some are hidden in the dataset documentation, some are in Help, ... and I could prove I didn't have them all.
