Check http://www.bestcommentaries.com for reviews and recommendations. Gordon Fee's volume in the NICNT series is great, but you can't get it as a standalone, nor can you get most commentaries from Logos one volume at a time. Only a few are sold separately. Most of the good ones come only as bundles, which includes NICNT. If you go to logos.com and search for Corinthians, you'll find all the ones that can be bought as standalone. Be sure to page through multiple pages of search results. Then check the ones you find against bestcomentaries.com. That's your best best. Probably anything really good it is going to cost $40 or above. The cheaper ones tend to be less in-depth. See also Logos's Product Guide on Multivolume Commentaries.

Fee is good, but can be idiosyncratic in places - but would recommend Thiselton in NIGTC - probably finest academic commentary I have read. However it is technical and reader probably needs some Greek to really benefit from it. Expensive but can be bought separately in Logos. Thiselton has since written a shorter less technical commentary which is very good but not available in Logos.

Another stellar recommendation Rosie. Wasn't going to pop into this thread, but glad i did. Thanks. Always good to have a nice research site to get some input when looking for a resource.
