CCLI SongSelect not coming up in Proclaim

Hello our CCLI SongSelect is not working in proclaim. This is the error I get.

It just started happening last week. We just recently renewed our subscription do not sure if that has anything to do with it. Here is out logs. 4520.Proclaim Logs.zip

Can you please email strawn456@gmail.com when responding we have 1 log in for the church but I am the one in charge of proclaim.

Have you tried re-linking your account? You can do this by clicking your avatar and then link your accounts. Could be whatever change was made to your account expired your session Within Proclaim
