Is the above email monitored? I ask because I was up north camping during the big sale. I managed to snag some wifi and replied to the email asking for someone to email back for an order. I didn't receive a reply....

I assume it's monitored, but the marketing people who send out those communications can't help you with orders. They would have to pass your email along to the sales department, but who knows how long that process would take.

Emailing sales@faithlife.com will guarantee you a much faster response.

In the meantime, you could try forwarding your reply to sales, to see if they can honor what you wanted to order that day. No guarantee, though, as flash sales only last one day.
