Is there a way to set bookmarks to a specific resource without specifying the location within the resource?

I want to be able to hit Command+1 and go directly to my preferred Bible regardless of what I'm doing, but every time it opens up to the original reference (Mark 5:7) when I set it up. Most of the time my Bible is already open to the passage I need in the background, I just want to make it active.

Or is there another solution, maybe keyboard maestro or something to that effect.

Why not click on the tab to make it active (and keep it in your layout)? Otherwise, drag the tab to the shortcut bar at top right of the Logos window. Click the shortcut to open it.
