From what I can tell, none of John MacArthur's works have come over. It seems that my 1,250+ references in Wordsearch is now 877 in Logos. (I did read that in come cases multiple volumes in Wordsearch are a single volume in Logos, so a smaller count will show.) But looking at the author list in the Library, John MacArthur doesn't show up.
I don't find his New Testament Commentary nor his commentary on Romans. When I check the webpage on volumes yet to be converted, these do not show up.
So will those references just be gone???
The MacArthur Bible Studies are not converted to Logos format yet.
Most volumes of the MacArthur NT Commentary are already in Logos and unlocked for users. The exceptions are Matthew, Acts, and Romans; in Wordsearch, there was an individual ebook for each volume of those commentaries, but in Logos there is just one resource comprising all volumes.
I purchased MacArthur Commentaries in Logos. To get those three volumes that were from Wordsearch, will I need to purchase those separately?

Nathan I believe they are just converting the content and it will download once complete.

Nathan, I might be misunderstanding you, but did you purchase all of MacArthur's commentaries in Logos? If so, you already should have those three volumes. What Bradley was saying is that in Wordsearch they were individual volumes like the print version (e.g., Matthew has four), but Logos combined them for their editions (e.g., Matthew is one volume in Logos). If you don't have them, you can buy them in Logos now.
How To Get Logs
I'm not exactly sure what you're asking, but it looks like we don't have your Wordsearch licenses yet so none of your WS purchases will be showing up in Logos. Please check back on Monday. (Or it could be that you had registered with WS with a different email address and your accounts need to be merged.)

I'm specifically looking at the commentaries, not the Bible Studies.
If those commentaries are to be converted, then I would expect to find them on the list (https://www.logos.com/wordsearch-library-migration) but I did not.
Possibly I need to get on the phone with both tools open and talk to someone about my subscription. Without making a detailed list, I think I have access to come commentaries in WS that are not appearing in Logos, and if those are already there then I would expect my license to allow access to them. (But I use Romans the most.) Or maybe I have not correctly figured out how to locate them yet?
When I go to the Library Search and enter "author: macarthur" I only get two books, and he is listed as one of multiple authors on one of them but not listed at all on the other book.

Aside from Matthew, Acts, and Romans (which I mentioned aren't converted, above), which MacArthur commentaries do you have in WS that you're not seeing in Logos?
Can you right-click the book in the WS Library, choose Properties, and copy out the Book ID information? That will help us track down the problem.
I may have got excited prematurely. I spent a few minutes reviewing the volumes I have in WS and quite possibly Romans is my only MacArthur commentary. I didn't go looking in other categories.
I did spot one I use that is on the list to complete. But I also spotted some that are not in Logos and not on that list.
Seems too early to start a "complaint" list of missing books - we should allow Logos to get the task at hand farther done the road.
I think you indicated that MacArthur's commentary on Romans is planned, but I don't see it on the list. So that's a bit confusing. I see Logos sells his complete set for $500 - is it only sold that way? [off topic]

Yes, there are some omissions from the "coming soon" list for resources that are on pre-pub, or have a complicated mapping to Logos resources. We're working on cleaning that up.
MacArthur on Romans is sold (as one ebook) for $46: https://www.logos.com/product/281/romans-2-vols
If you own both volumes in Wordsearch already, you may just want to wait and see if we can combine those into one license and unlock the Logos resource for you. (If you only own one volume in Wordsearch, we may not be able to upgrade you to the full Logos resource for free, due to the extra content it contains.)
I don't have any issues with Macarthur's Commentaries. All appear to be there. As for my other books that are missing, I'm choosing patience

I do own both volumes, and I can wait, using WS in the interim.

I did buy them in Logos. I checked and I have the volumes. I get what Bradley was saying now. It's what happens when I read the Logos blog too late at night. :-)
HI Richard,
I came over from WS yesterday and my John MacArthur New Testament Commentaries ported to Logos except for Matthew, Acts and Romans.
Bradley,
Just a question, When I go to the Logos store and look up the MacArthur commentaries it shows I own all of them except the Matthew and Acts ones (which the LOGOS website says I can purchase) but I already own them all of MacArthur commentaries in WordSearch. I am confused what the difference is, I saw that these were to be converted, but if LOGOS already has them and I have the licenses to them in WS what is the difference? I am sorry if I'm being thick and inpatient it just seems odd...
Thanks again,
Bill

We're still working on those titles.

The Logos store doesn't know about your Wordsearch ownership of those volumes for the reason discussed here: https://community.logos.com/forums/t/193950.aspx
We're working on bringing those over; check https://www.logos.com/wordsearch/library-migration for the latest status.
Thank you
If I understand you, all MacArthur's commentaries on the New Testament will appear in one tab instead of separate tabs for each book, like they do in Wordsearch under one tab. So this will happen when all his books are completed?
Will this also happen for others, like Adam Clarke and Barnes" and so forth. That would be a major drawback if each book would have to be in a separate tab.
New to Logos,
Hi Jerry and welcome to the forums.
I don't know anything about Wordsearch but it might answer your question if you take as an example my daily devotions where I am following the M’Cheyne Reading Plan and reading the 'Old Testament for Everyone' alongside the Old Testament readings.
The 'Old Testament for Everyone' commentary is a multi-volume set.
When I start my readings, at the moment in 1Kings, the set opens at the 1 Kings volume.
It stays there while I read the second reading (from the New Testament) because there is no relevant volume in the series.
Once I move to the second Old Testament Reading the 1 Kings volume closes and the Ezekiel volume opens.
Hope this helps.
