I visited https://www.logos.com/wordsearch-library-migration for my personalized migration from Wordsearch into Logos, and got this message:
Your Wordsearch Library in LogosYou have no resources imported from Wordsearch.
The customer service rep said my Wordsearch resources were in my Logos account. I cannot download them. I don't know if the above report helps resolve the issue.
Kristine Lewis:The customer service rep said my Wordsearch resources were in my Logos account.
It does seem from all the evidence that Faithlife has NOT added your WS licenses to your Logos account. I hope one of the Faithlife folks like Phil or Bradley can check for you or give you some other suggestions.

I appreciate that the customer service rep just emailed me with this link, and I let him know my result, No Resources Imported from Wordsearch. He expected I would see a chart. I appreciate him not waiting until the end of the week for further troubleshooting.
So why am I not seeing any of my books? I was connected with someone from Logos this morning and told to wait for the license to be activated. How long should I wait before expecting to see some of my books appear? I haven't even my basic NRSV bible or any of my other bibles for that matter. Nothing at all! This is all VERY aggravating.f To be told to wait when it seems from the notes I see her that others are seeing their resources appearing and n one of mine are.
Kristine, I've left a note for Bradley Grainger to check on your issue. I hope he'll see it soon and be able to be of help. If not Bradley, it seems it will take someone from Faithlife to get your problem resolved.
Kathleen:This is all VERY aggravating.
I am sure it is, but I am also pretty sure you are not alone. There are quite a few others in your position.
I don't know how much work it is for Faithlife to activate your licenses, but I know they had quite a few people's licenses to deal with this morning. I am sure that they are doing the best they can. Absorbing all the WS users must be a daunting task. I am sure you'll be enjoying Logos soon.
I have typed "Update resources" in the go box, I have restarted Logos several times. I have contacted chat support. Still not a single one of my resources from WSB has appeared in my Logos software. I would just like to see my favorite bible at least. Any other suggestions would be appreciated...especially if it were from someone at Logos or if it were something that made a difference. Typing in "Update resources" had not result whatsoever.
Kathleen:Typing in "Update resources" had not result whatsoever.
This indicates that your licenses are not yet active.
You can check here: https://www.logos.com/wordsearch-library-migration to see if Faithlife believes it has books you should be seeing.
The only thing I can counsel is a bit more patience.
Okay, it seems that I am just one of many and my problem is not unique. Knowing that I will try to be more patient. It is just when I see that many others are getting their libraries up and running and none of my books are appearing that I begin to wonder if there is a problem with my account that needs to be looked into. I'll try to be patient another day or two, Thank you for replying to me.

On another thread I read that a WS user with thousands (!) of books has not yet received one. Perhaps you can imagine how he must be feeling.

Hi Kathleen,
Sorry to bring some disappointing news, but we haven't loaded your Wordsearch licenses into our system yet. (They ended up coming to us in multiple batches, and yours weren't in the first batch.) We're working hard to resolve this as quickly as possible; thanks for your patience.

Hi Kristine,
The message is accurate, inasmuch as we have not loaded your Wordsearch licenses into our system yet. We received your Wordsearch licenses this morning and are working to load them as quickly as we can. That page is "live" so it will tell you the latest status of your account. (We may move it to https://www.logos.com/wordsearch/library-migration (a slightly different URL) later today or tomorrow, so please check this new URL if the current URL stops showing you a personalised report.)

These resources were sold as two ebooks in Wordsearch, but are combined into one resource in Logos. We are still working on the process for these "many to one" alignments.
Marvin Mitchell: Hello Bradley, I was a long-time owner of WS with lots of resources. I did receive 33 resources a day or so ago. Did you receive the rest my licenses also?

I see about 2,000 WS unlocks on your account; did they download yet?
What does https://www.logos.com/wordsearch/library-migration display?
Until now 1,159 WS have been downloaded.
Thank you, Bradley. You are doing an excellent work. God bless you.
Hi Bradley,
On the newer personal migration site https://www.logos.com/wordsearch/library-migration I still get this message showing no resources loaded yet Tuesday morning:
https://www.logos.com/wordsearch-library-migration states
We’re unlocking all your Wordsearch licenses to your Logos account and should be finished by the end of the day on Monday (9/21/20).
Maybe that message should be changed if loading is still in progress. Thank you for your and your team's work for us.

Thank you for pointing that out! That is indeed incorrect and I've updated it.
We received an updated batch of licenses at 7am this morning and are working on importing it today. I've just checked and it looks like your account has over 1,300 licenses in that file, so please check back later at https://www.logos.com/wordsearch/library-migration to see the status of the license import.
Bradley -
I was thrilled at the news of Logos' acquisition of WordSearch. I have wanted to make the switch but had too much invested in WS.
However. I am not seeing any of my resources show up in Logos yet.
The library-migration page still says "You have no resources imported from Wordsearch"
It looks like my bibles showed up in the mobile app but not in the web/desktop app.
I think I have 200+ titles. Should I just chill (exercise a little patience) or is there something I am doing wrong on my end?
Thanks a ton. I can only imagine this is an overwhelming transition on your end.

Bradley has reported that they have a backlog of licenses to install. They hope to have it completed today, but he advises checking back in 1-2 days if you are still missing some resources.
So a little more patience will probably get you there.
Bradley, you may need to change the message on https://www.logos.com/wordsearch-library-migration to reflect the continuing process of unlocking Wordsearch licenses to individual Logos accounts.
