Pastor / Birthday emails??

My birthday happens to be this month, same as Pastor Appreciation Month.

I've not received emails about either. Has FL discontinued those specials? Has anyone else received either applicable email notice for this month?

Yes - I've checked junk/quarantined/etc. email locations.

It's not my birthday this month but I did receive the PAM email.

My birthday is this month too. I did receive only the Pastor Appreciation email.

Birthday email received on 10/1. May want to double check your email preferences and be sure nothing changed there, then reach out to them.

Can anyone from FL look into this?

Every year I write directly to costumer service via chat, and that's how I get the birthday coupon.
