Is there a way to see WHEN a resource was added to your library?
I'm curious to see the timeline for what and when I upgraded and added resources.
No. It has been requested. I'd suggest adding the request here: https://feedback.faithlife.com/boards/logos-desktop-app
One option would be to tag new resources with the date you add them using the Information panel in Library. You can then click on the My Tags field and if you use a consistent tagging scheme should see them listed in order (you'll have to expand the listing under each date tag to see the actual resources assigned to that date tag.)

It has a way to check the time they are added to your local Logos installation (i.e. it depends on the computer you're using, not your purchase history.)
I wished I thought about this and has detailed log on this information. I already lose count of how my library came to be. I have some work on recovering those information, but it is not perfect.
One way for you to tag this is just routinely tagging your resources by date added. Before you made a purchase, create a tag, after you made a purchase, check those that does not have that tag and these are added resources. Note that when you made a purchase, some of the included resources can be released later. So this is not perfect either. (i.e. you will find on some day some new resources appear in your library even if you don't make new purchases.)
Check out https://wiki.logos.com/library__ to see Library search syntax.
Your log folder will have a ResourceAuditLog file detailing when resources were added to and removed from your system. AddedMetadataDownload means that the system first learned about the resource when downloading new resource metadata, while AddedResourceFile means that the system first learned about the resource when downloading the resource file. Sometimes one or the other will happen first depending on the exact timing of various things.

I guess that only applies to people keeping the same Logos install for years? I reinstall all my OSes from the ground up for every major OS update (and thanks to Logos cloud sync i don’t even need to backup Logos but my PBB. I actually automated this through scripts so I don’t even need to install Logos by hand...)
Thanks for the tip anyway. I like that particularly that it was just a log file. Plain text and no GUI is freshening.
