What about my Lifeway resources? I purchased all the quarters of the Adult ESV version of The Gospel Project and unfortunately, the first 4 quarters have become corrupted and so has my backup. The other quarters are fine. I can no longer access them on Lifeway and they aren't available in Logos yet. How can I get copies of Fall of 2015, Winter of 2016, Spring of 2016, and Summer of 2016? Any assistance would be much appreciated.

How to Locate, Delete, and Re Install a Book in Wordsearch 12

NOTE: You cannot delete a book if it is open. Make sure the book you want to delete is NOT open before you try to delete it.

  1. Start the Wordsearch 12 program
  2. Click on "Help"
  3. Click on "About"
  4. In the About window, click on the "Support Info" link at the bottom. (This will open the Support Information window.)
  5. In the left-hand column, look for "Library" then click on the link to the right of it. (This will open a new window displaying your library books. Each book will be displayed as a yellow folder.)
  6. Look for the folder that represents your book. (Call us if you cannot find it. Our number is 1-888-854-8400.)
  7. When you find the folder that represents your book, Delete It
  8. After deleting the book folder, close this window
  9. Close the Support Information window
  10. Close the About window
  11. Restart your Wordsearch 12
  12. Click on the Library tab and look for the book you deleted. It will appear with a cloud and "download arrow."
  13. Click on the book with a cloud and "download arrow." (This will start the Book Installer program.)
  14. Follow the steps to download the book from the internet

So, the good news is that it's coming to Logos in 2021 or .......? And I'll likely get it free or cheap. The bad news is that they haven't even started on it yet.

I got responses from 2 differnt reps, 1 said no, the other asked for my order #s. Hopeful?

Yes, I initiated that via email last night.

A Lifeway support person gave me access until Dec. 2, so I was able to recover my files. It was extremely kind, thoughtful and generous, which I appreciate very much. They bent the rules when they didn't have to. I hope they know how important that was and are truly blessed.
