I made a payment for the logos black Friday purchase but I was debited without receiving my receipt. What should I do?
Have you checked your Spam folder? Occasionally some FL emails end up there.
You can also find your order in your account’s Order History. Clicking on the order number will show more details about an order.

Receipts have been backed up a little bit. I got mine a couple of days later on a few orders. Maybe a glitch?
Thanks for the reply. The product I ordered is Logos starter legacy library. My card was debited but it's not reflecting in my account order and I didn't get a receipt.
Are you sure you used the same username and password?

For clarification: You see the charge on your credit card? If that is the case, you will need to contact FL directly. Phone is the best.
