Hi there

I am using Logos on a Android device and sometimes come across a problem whereby text looked up in one of the pop up windows gets stuck on the top of the app and cannot be removed.  Illustrated below:

I am not sure if this is a known bug or a new one, but it is an irritant as it happens quite frequently.  Has anyone else come across it?

Hi Paul,

Please try the following:

  1. First, make sure you have an active internet connection to begin.
  2. Open the Logos Bible app.
  3. Find this resource in the Library list: New International Version (1984)
  4. Tap on the three vertical dots that appear to the right of the title.
  5. Tap About this book.
  6. I expect that you will see the option to “Remove”, make use of it to remove the book. 
  7. Then use the option for “Download”.

Do you see an improvement after following these steps?

I will try these steps and let you know.  It doesn't happen all the time and I am not sure of the repro steps so it might be a few days before I know one way or another.
