Hello, Pastor Larry and Kristie --
Our most efficient path to troubleshooting this is two steps:
1) Confirm that your login credentials are working at songselect.ccli.com.
2) If those work as expected, Remove the link you had established within Proclaim.  Then re-link your Song Select account as shown here:
