Bug: Fresh iOS install not connecting to Library

It's possible to manage which books are downloaded to a mobile device in the desktop app. It is also possible to filter the library by devices as with a tag etc. I have just replaced a broken phone and my new ios install does not show up on the desktop app, despite multiple syncs and restarts, even a reinstall. In the accounts section of the website where you can see mobile devices, the new phone is listed but there is no icon beside it like with the previous one. Something about the connection forming between the device and the website / desktop app seems to be broken.

Do you mean THIS page? 

The new device appears but no applications are listed? Weird. Tongue Tied

My guess is that this is not exactly the right forum, but I wouldn't know which one to choose. Hopefully one of the devs can help or point out the right forum / person to contact.

Yes that is the page. Some of my other devices show apps but nothing is listed next to the new phone.
