One Note has a cool tool that I end up using a lot to oen or collapse empty space in a document. Using this tool you click and then drag up or down. The effect is to move everything below the point of the initial click up or down to close up unused empty space or create more empty space in the middle of the page.
This would be very helpful in complex diagrams. Imagine diagramming a whole chapter, then realizing you made a mistake in verse 1 and the corrected diagram needs an extra two vertical inches. You can click and drag to select everything below a particular spot to move it, but it's time consuming to drag that far, especially when scrolling is involved.
