(Logos 9.3 Beta 4 Windows 10)

Replication:

  • Open Logos to blank layout
  • Open New Living Translation Bible to Genesis 18:21
  • Open the Information Tool (Set to update on click)
  • Click on the word 'wicked'

Information tool starts to look up the information on that word but before it displays the results, Logos closes.

Same thing happens if you right-click on the word 'wicked' and select 'Show more information'.

It just did the same thing in NASB95 when I clicked on 'hide' at Genesis 18:17.

And again wit NET Bible, Genesis 18:17, clicking on the word, 'Should'.

This looks like it might be a corrupted file on your drive. Try deleting this file: C:\Users\timhe\AppData\Local\Logos\Data\4cngrc5i.4vc\ResourceManager\Resources\FBHOTLEX.logos4

This resource file should download again for you.
