Default Note Font & Copying

In my program settings for Notes, the Default Font is "Default" and the Default Notes Text Size is 11. However when I paste something into a note from another resource (say the WBC on 1 Timothy) the font size of that text is 12 and the font may be different from the default note font. So, I have to manually select the text in the note and change it to font size 11 and the default note font for anything I paste. Is it possible to have whatever I copy into my note file take on the Default Font of the note file and the Default Notes Text Size without have to manually edit it?

LOGOS3 had a menu choice "remove formatting" but I cannot find the equivalent in LOGOS4. <shrug> Maybe someone can educate both of us.

Since Logos does not have the functionality of Word, which lets you choose whether to keep the formatting of the source or override it with the default formatting of the destination, Logos appears to have chosen to go with keeping the source formatting. If this was unintentional, then this is a bug. Otherwise perhaps something needs to be rethought about whether to give users the option to always ignore source formatting and use the default Note font formatting.

Logos appears to have chosen to go with keeping the source formatting. If this was unintentional, then this is a bug. Otherwise perhaps something needs to be rethought about whether to give users the option to always ignore source formatting and use the default Note font formatting.

For me, I would prefer to keep the source formatting. Changing font size is a minor annoyance compared with restoring italics, bold, and underlining which I would definitely want to retain in my copy in order to be true to the source.

I've reported to development that text pasted into notes from resources doesn't use the Default Note Text Size. It does use the Default Note Font. I also reported that if a font other than the default is selected in a particular note, the text is still pasted in using the Default Note Font.
