I've been trying to purchase the Koran/Qur'an. It is in my cart, but every time I click proceed it goes nowhere. I even downloaded the file into Libronix and tried to purchase it that way but it wouldn't go through. Any ideas? Thanks.
I would call customer services, if I recall correctly it was released for Military chaplains only, but they should be able to confirm that or how to get it.
I don't think so Dominic, I have it in Logos and I'm certainly not a military chaplain.
When I upgraded my base package this week I asked the sales person to add it to my order and I got it. So it is available.

I've had it in both English and Arabic since it first came out, and I'm not a chaplin nor do I play one on TV.

I recall someone else having a problem with clicking proceed not going anywhere. Yes, indeed, here's the thread. Another user responded: "sometimes I find my page stop responding whenever I want to change the payment plan feature. When this occurs I just click on the step before the step I am on and usually it responds the second time."
Perhaps that will work for you. If not, you might try it using a different browser (Firefox instead of Internet Explorer, for example, or vice versa).
Otherwise, if none of that works, you'll need to wait and call Customer Service on Tuesday.
