Jerry can you repost your logs as well as the latest copies of the databases you posted earlier?

Jerry,

Your sync databases look fine. Let is sync for about 5 minutes or so and see if it stops. The logs you gave were only about 30 seconds worth of syncing and it has to catch up from 12/17/2009 to the present which could take a few minutes.
