OK, I've got LOGOS 4 for Mac installed, and I popped in the CD of IVP's "Ancient Christian Commentary on Scripture" and now...what do I do? How do I get LOGOS 4 to recognize the resources on the CD and pull them into the program?

I've been trying to figure this out and can't.

In the command box type scan optical media with the CD in the drive and then close and restart L4.

If IVP CD not purchased from Logos, may need Customer Support to associate resource licenses with your Logos Library account.

Logos web page http://www.logos.com/mac/support/missingbooks has customer support contact information.

However you are quite right to note that the Help file is strangely obscure on this.

It is there but you have to know the answer in order to find the question.

I'm trying to do the same thing.  I typed "Scan Optical Media" and nothing happened.  Shut down L4, restarted...nothing.

Well in the absence of the developer you try copying the files to the desktop and typing 'Scan (path to file)'

the alternative is waiting for Monday and Skypeing customer services to unlock your licences and letting the resources download.
