I was on hold for over 30 minutes with customer service trying to get an answer to a simple question... put the phone on speaker and continued my working, later looked up and realized that I'd been holding for over 30 minutes. When I realized that I was on hold, waiting to ask them about the status of the Hebrew pronouncation module (which I've been waiting on for over 2 years) I realized the irony.... and hung up...
I am guessing something went wrong - this use to be a common complaint, but have not heard of it for some time. In fact, quite the opposite. Did you try calling back?

I would imagine with the official release of the Mac version on Friday they are getting a few calls.
Not to mention, all of the pre-pubs, etc...
