Does Logos have any Pentecostal/Charismatic commentaries that I can purchase?
As far as I can tell they are rare. Many older Pentecostals were taught that education was contrary to dependency on the Holy Spirit and it was discouraged. There are many paperback type books, but true scholarship seems to be hard to find. "Evangelical" conservative commentaries generally correspond well with Charismatic/Pentecostal theology except in certain key passages, such as several chapters in Acts and 1 Corinthians 12-14 etc. And even there, differences are slowly disappearing as cessation theology has lost popularity. The only one I know of but haven't read is Full Life Bible Commentary to the New Testament and it is not available in Logos. I believe it is out of print, but I am not sure. It was published by Zondervan in 1999. It is one volume of 1648 pages. Sorry I couldn't help more, I do have a list of other Charismatic titles in Logos, but not commentaries, if you are interested. Try searching Jack Hayford in Logos, I am not familiar with any of his books other than The Spirit Filled Life Study Bible, which Logos has. He has books that look like commentaries.
There are the SFL commentaries. There may be others I'm not aware of.

Jimmy Swaggart has his own Libronix Library you can purchase from his website. I don't see it listed on the Logos website.

But the complete unlock of the collection is via Thomas Nelson (maybe Libronix can do it, if you call them) is a hefty price tag.

I don't own them and have never seen them, (and probably never will) so can't comment on the value of his commentaries, but just putting it out there because the question was asked.
Hayford material though seems to be the only mainline option at the moment, and it is really only study guides, bibles and handbooks etc, no true commentary set per se.
There is some monographs, most noteably Words of Light and Life Collection http://www.logos.com/products/details/2495
And Foundations of Pentecostal Theology http://www.logos.com/ebooks/details/FNDPNTCTHLG
If you know of a good set of commentaries maybe you could suggest them to Logos.
Dr. Gordon Fee is a Pentecostal by upbringing and temperament, and also one of the few outstanding scholars who came from that background. He has written some commentaries which are very worth owning, though they are part of larger sets:
