Why don't the Logos add the feature that when I purchase a book which is already in my library. Logos has to warn me that the resource is already in my library. So that I can avoid duplicity and money.

Hi Jain, they are working on a newly revamped website that will include that much-requested feature among many other enhancements. There have been some recent hints that the new website is up and running (in at least a rudimentary form) and being tested heavily internally, so I expect we'll be seeing some announcement about it in the not too distant future.
If you've already made the mistake of purchasing something you already had, a call or email to Customer Service will sort that out. I'm sure they'll be glad to give you a refund.

This happened to me once and customer service fixed it with no hassle.
If you're working on the website, could you please put in an indication of which base packages include each resource?? I can find out, but need to go back and forth to check.

Just a question. Do you want this info listed on each resource's individual description page?
Same here. I did not even have to call. I emailed my sales rep and told him what I had done. I got an email back from someone else within an hour telling me they would issue a credit and the money was back in my account within a couple of days. It would have probably shown up quicker, but the electronic transactions take time to process.

I'm sure it will be that way on the new website. On the old website, most resources already say when they are included in a base package or bundle, down at the bottom, e.g., like this:
or this:
There's some inconsistency, of course, as this info is missing on a lot of resources. But that is one of the things I'm sure they are planning to improve in the new website.
You can also currently see the list of what's in all the packages by going to http://www.logos.com/comparison. I'm sure that some version of that chart will be maintained (and improved, if possible) in the new website.
Basically yes, it could be right below the "This resource is available for iPhone" section. I, for some reason, never found the also found in section. Perhaps my request is a a moot point. Thanks.
