I would love to be able to compare a word or phrase - via sympathetic high lighting - using the Text Comparison pop up. Maybe the sympathetic highlighting could be in some default color (other than red or light blue that is already prominently used).

I don't think this has been done ... but I may be looking in the wrong place for the feature.
