I've created another tutorial video on searching. This covers the most commonly used search features in Basic and Bible searches. We look at the different search views, at topics and reading lists, and phrase-searching and wildcards. We show how to limit the search to part of your library, or to a part of the Bible. The search operators AND, OR, ANDNOT and NEAR are introduced, and we look at how to search in Greek or Hebrew.

If you have not watched the videos Mark produces you are missing out! He does a wonderful job explaining and demonstrating the tools and features in L4. I encourage everyone to give them a look.

We are very fortunate to have Mark as part of the L4 user community.

Thank you. As always, you produce the best tutorials possible. I am anxious for the syntax search video. Perhaps I'll be able to understand how to use that feature once and for all.

Mark,

(Hypothetical)

If you have no aversion to immigrating to the U.S. it might be worth it to take a job with Logos in their “New Media Department” as a “Product Evangelist”.

LoL. Big Smile

 Seriously though!

I am always impresses with the content, your approach and quality of your videos. Though I know Logos is not oblivious to your contributions, I think they should consider you a valuable asset and start paying you a remuneration.

(as your self-appointed publicist I require 2% of your net gain on any future Logos compensation.) Stick out tongue

Excellent work as usual.

Thanks for the video, which was interesting and useful. Just one comment: Rom-2Tim does not search all of Paul's letters, it leaves out the last two.

Doh! I'm sorry. I'll see if I can correct this at some point in the future (though I'll only be adding one letter given that the Holy Spirit thought it best to keep Hebrews anonymous!).

Mark

Aren't the "last two" referred to Titus and Philemon?

Graham

EDIT: Mark, apologies. On reflection this came across as too accusative!!

I am not having a good day! Yesterday, we've finished our mission week in church - late nights, busy days and early mornings. Next time I will think before I post Smile

Great job Mark, I pray that you will continue to have time to bless us with more videos!

I am amazed at the little things I learn new, or learn how to use better, watching your videos. I always have a notepad handy now when I watch them :-)

Thanks for a great job and service to our whole community!
