Having the content of the notes (in grey to the right of the note title) is a NICE addition. Thanks!

Agreed!

It WOULD be nice to have a collapse button next to each note though...

Most definitely.  Other features which would be desirable would be the ability to link more than one resource to any particular note so that it would not be necessary to repeat the content of the note for each resource and the ability to reference other notes from within a note which might then enable the use of footnotes as a popup or to enable reference to other notes as a sort of excursus on a point.

Notes need to be revisited.  I consider notes to be one of the most important features.  Without a good notes facility Logos is much less useful and becomes little more than a fancy Microsoft Reader.  If one cannot record one's thoughts regarding passages in the scripture and within other resources then one is reduced to reinventing the wheel at each reading.

Yes

As well as the ability to reference a different section of the same note file (as in a TOC)
