Wondering why the notice after a year?
Just visited the General thread and saw the 12 days post there to hopefully prompt a similar 12 days in 2010. The email re: 12 days 2009 archive may be a hint that either 2010 won't happen, or that those hopeful take a look at what was offered in 2009. Just guessing.
I got it too. Weird!

I think the Sales Genius at Logos would not be bringing up 2009's 12 Days of Logos specials just to show everyone what they missed. I bet we are seeing the first glimmer of good things to come.

I thought the wrong year's file was sent out.

Sarcasm is my love language. Obviously I love you.
I hope both of you are right. That was a sweet sale in 2009 and nice library builder.
How about it Logos?

Following the link takes you to the Logos 12 days of Logos page that has a copywrite at the bottom of 2010. Its not an archive page. It must be coming.

I thought that there was someone at Logos saying...... "oops"
So to be correct, is it "the twelve days of Christmas are coming", or "the twelve days of Christmas is coming"????????????
Dan,
I guess it would depend on whether you are referring to the "days" (plural) or the event (sigular). Either way, I hope it/they is/are coming
Yes, it is coming! Now posted...

When the 12 days begin, could you please include 12 SPANISH "deals" as well. This is a growing market that needs to be "encouraged" to build our library. PLEASE!!
Probably on Monday, Dec 13th. That would be 12 days before Christmas Day.
Also don't miss the Black Friday through Cyber Monday sale that Dan mentioned in http://community.logos.com/forums/AddPost.aspx?ReplyToPostID=195090&Quote=False

This is probably the wrong time to point out that the 12 days of Christmas follow Christmas Day.

I thought last year Logos used the 12 days leading up to Christmas Day. Actually probably earlier, since my account is showing my first 12 Days of Logos 2009 purchase on Dec 11th last year (the insulated travel mugs). So I think it will again come before Christmas rather than after, even though technically the 12 days of Christmas start Christmas Day. Anyway, I hope they stick with the day leading up to Christmas... as Christmas comes earlier! Maybe thats why they call it "12 Days of Logos" rather than the 12 Days of Christmas. I just get it stuck in my mind that it is the 12 Days of Christmas Logos offering!
I was thinking it but I wasn't going to say it. LOL.
You took the words out of my mouth... Except that in Sweden we traditionally have 20 days of Christmas. Since that would be the Octave of Epiphany, I presume it's a Medieval custom that's survived, and that there once was an Octave after Epiphany.
Though these last few years, of course, people start celebrating Christmas so early that they're sick of it before it even properly starts. They put the tree up in our back yard this very day, can you believe it?! The Advent Fast hasn't even started (except for the Orthodox), and they're already at Christmas!

I am such an old fogy I won't even plan Advent music before Advent ... and, if I put a tree up it's sometime between the 4th Sunday of Advent and Christmas Eve ... the city garbage collection assumes everyone takes their tree down immediately after Christmas rather than Epiphany .... it's right up there with daylight savings time in my gripes about contemporary time.
