Please could anybody help me. I have lost my CD but I have the key and serial number. I want to install it on my reformated hard drive on my laptop. I followed the instruction of logos customer services install the libronix engine on my laptop, copy the libronix resources from program folder on my desktop and paste it on my laptop program as replacement. I have followed this to detail but I could not access any resources. I have syncronised it with the server, it  brought up all details but no resources yet. Could anybody help me please? I need it on my laptop.

Sounds like you'll need to contact customer service by phone (on the Logos web site), or email (customerservice at logos dot com)

I don't understand what you mean when you state you were instructed to "copy the libronix resources from program folder and place it on my laptop as replacement."  Your resources in L3 are normally in C:\\Program Files (x86)\Libronix DLS\Resources.  While you can place them elsewhere, you would then need to instruct the program regarding their location.  I would recommend that you simply keep them in the normal location unless you have a significant reason to do otherwise.  It may simply be that the program doesn't know where you have your resources.

My resources are in the right location. I was instructed by customer support or services to copy the resources from my desktop and I have installed the CD on my desktop computer before it got missing.

1 I was instructed to download libronix from their website install it.

2. Download the second file from their website install it

3 Copy the resources from C:\\Program Files (x86)\Libronix DLS\Resources installed on my deskstop and install it on my laptop C:\\Program Files (x86)\Libronix DLS\Resources

This is not working. I could not find any resources showing it is empty shell.

Does your folder that you copied your resources to on your laptop actually have the transferred files in it? If not, they didn't get copied over.

If it does, go to Tools>Options>General Settings and click on the Resource Paths tab and be sure the path to your Resources folder is listed.

If it is not, add it, close and reopen Libronix so it can discover your resources.

If it is there, click on 'Refresh Resources' and close and open Libronix. Give it time to discover your resources, then check your Library for them.
