I'm trying to convert from L3 to L4. I've been working on it for about a month. I've been watching videos and reading until my eyes are crossed. I started in '98 with a basic Logos product and have stuck with the folks in Washington all along. L3 was very good but admittedly it needed some tweaks. Frankly, I don't like L4, so far. It's not nearly as intuitive as L3 in m opinion (I'm speaking for ME not anyone else. Now that Logos has 40,000 forum followers they're big time but I knew them when...).

One video I'm watching demonstrates Bible searching and the results come up with the video teachers 5 most preferred Bibles. When I do a Bible search I only get one Bible even though I have "prioritized" many resources.

The video does not speak to this issue. Any help would be appreciated.

Terry,

can you do something for me?

Can you cut/paste the EXACT search from the video and the EXACT search you're trying to accomplish?;

That would help us troubleshoot this situation pretty well i think...

Robert, I'm not that computer savvy. The videoa are at: http://www.4-14.org.uk/logos/tutorial-videos#desc-17254785  I have been watching #4 - Searching. The point in question is at around 10 minutes.

You need to search Top Bibles and use the Grid view

Thanks Kevin that seems to be an answer. However, at the 9 minute mark in the previously mentioned video he does NOT have that extra step.

Terry,

Yeah, since Logo remembers the last settings you use for these types of searches there will be times you don't have to click Grid to get it to display all the versions. It's an easy thing to forget.
