If you have the time some day, it might be useful to add a list of equivalent resources to that Wiki page. These are the ones I found (didn't check English Bibles):
- Logos and Lexham LXXs
- AFAT and the Lexham interlinear
- NA27 and the Lexham Syntactic
- UBS4 and the Lexham Clausal Outlines
